Please join us for an NFPA 70E 2018 Electrical Safe Work Practices Seminar and Training Workshop
This course is an important part of meeting the NFPA’s requirement for training qualified personnel on safe work practices and implementing those practices. During this seminar, we will cover an overview of recent changes to the NFPA 70E 2018 Standard for Electrical Safety.
In addition, we will discuss:
- What is Arc Flash?
- Flash Protection Boundary & Limits of Approach
- Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
- NFPA Methods of Selecting PPE
This session will take place at the NPCES training facility located at 7941 Sandlewood Place, second floor media room.
Located in south Anchorage near Dimond and the New Seward Hwy.

- Six years as a Line Level Nuclear Mechanic with the United States Navy.
- Over 22 years of industry experience, specializing in predictive maintenance techniques, specializing in infrared thermography.
- Formerly senior infrared thermography instructor for the ITC, designing curriculum for and instructing Navy Special Ops and Coast Guard forces.
- Obtained the ASNT Thermal Infrared Level III Certification.
